Don't order around Christmas time (November onward) as packages tend to arrive January. I have ordered three times for someone's birthday in mid-December in November, and they always arrive late, sometimes 4 weeks or more. This includes express shipping.
Every other time of the year, 5-14 business days. I live in rural Australia, and never had a problem any other time of the year with them.

Prices nowhere near as good as they used to be and delivery times that are quiet long even with express shipping.

Great store. Not as cheap as it used to be but they still have the most competitive prices for games. Shipping is usually 7-12 days for me so cant complain. Good customer service and prompt delivery.

I've bought games from them for a while now. However I've never received anything under two weeks. I have pre-ordered games only to be told, if they are lost you have to wait 25 day before you get a refund or another game.
